Safety and Insurance
Carisa Hendrix has been trained by some of North America’s most experienced fire, and side show performers and has made her personal commitment to maintain a high standard of safety. She has full liability insurance for performances in Canada, Mexico and the USA and always obtain an “Open Flame” permit from the local fire prevention authorizes for every fire performance, the cost of which is worked into her rate. She has maintained good relationships with the fire marshals across Canada by repeatedly demonstrating her commitment to safety.
Miss Hendrix carries a first aid kit, fire blanket, and five pound fire extinguisher to every show, has her current, up to date, first aid training. She maintains a safe distance form her audience (15 feet), and keeps all fuels well labeled and away from the public.

FIRE PERMITS
For any public event where the entertainment includes the use of fire you will be required to acquire a fire permit for your local fire marshal. One of the requirements to obtaining your permit is an emailed or faxed letter, signed by a manager of the facility recognizing the use of fire at your event - Letter Template

Carisa Hendrix has Performance and Fire Insurance through out Canada and the USA.
